4 oz. Grecian Delight Falafel Dough
1 Hamburger bun
1 Leaf Lettuce
1 Sliced Tomato
2-3 thin sliced red onion
1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt Tzatziki
Set Fryer to 350˚F. Next measure out 4 oz. of the thawed falafel dough and form a hamburger style patty. Next place patty carefully in the fry basket and slower lower into the fryer. Bounce the basket slowly up and down until a crust is formed on the burger, this will keep the patty from sticking to the basket. Cook for 7 min or until falafel is cooked through. Remove from basket and assemble the burger. Enjoy!!
NOTE: Make sure the container of Falafel is thawed from the night before stored in the refrigerator.
