Shrimp and Gyros Skewers

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven or grill to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, ketchup, and horseradish to make the cocktail sauce. Refrigerate until shrimp is done.
  3. Peel and rinse shrimp.
  4. Lightly rub Old Bay Seasoning on Shrimp.
  5. Wrap one gyro slice around each shrimp and hold together by inserting skewer.
  6. Bake (350°F), Broil or Grill until inside of shrimp reaches 145°F.
  7. Serve with Cocktail Sauce.
