Sizzling Spartan Skillet

Ingredients

  • Opaa! ReadyCarved™ Gyros Slices – 2.5 oz
  • Eggs – 2
  • Red Onion – 2 tbsp., diced
  • Baby Spinach Leaves – 4 oz.
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes – 1/4 cup, diced
  • Potatoes – 1 cup, diced and precooked
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

  1. Cook eggs to sunny side up in skillet. Set aside.
  2. Sautee gyro slices in skillet (following packaging directions). Once cooked add tomatoes, onions, and baby spinach and cook down. (Approx 3-4 minutes)
  3. Add sauteèd potatoes and gyros slices to skillet and combine
  4. Sprinkle on feta cheese crumbles and place prepared eggs on top.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Yield: 1 Serving
Quantity of ingredients may vary based on skillet size.
