Mediterranean Gyros Pizza


  • 1 partially baked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1 Package of Opaa! ReadyCarved™ Gyro Slices
  • 2 Tubs (16oz) Opaa! Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 1/3 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Chopped parsley, as needed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook gyro slices based on packaging directions. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Tzatziki sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the Tzatziki sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Layer the Gyro meat, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and sliced Kalamata olives on top of the Tzatziki sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Cut the pizza into desired serving size and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
