Gyros Dip


  • 1 Package of ReadyCarved Gyro Slices, Rough Chopped
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ Cup Red Onions, Small Dice
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers, Small Dice
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • ¼ Cup Parsley, Rough Chop
  • Green Onions, Small Dice (Optional)
  • Tomatoes, Small Dice (Optional)


Serves 4-6

  1. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and Monterey Jack cheese until thoroughly combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped gyro slices, red onions, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and parsley until everything is well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (for a convection oven) or 375°F (for a conventional oven).
  4. Grease an oven-safe container and add 6-8 ounces of the gyro dip mixture.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the dip is browned on top and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and tomatoes if desired. Serve warm with Kronos Pita.
