Sizzling Spartan Skillet


2.5 oz Gyros Slices

2 tbl Diced Red Onions

¼ cup Baby Spinach Leaves

½ cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

¼ cup Diced Tomatoes

1-2 Eggs, Sunny Side Up

1 cup Diced & Sauteèd Potatoes

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Layer sauteèd potatoes, baby spinach, tomatoes, onions and heated gyros slices in a skillet pan.  Sprinkle on feta cheese crumbles and place prepared eggs on top.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Quantity of ingredients may vary based on skillet size.
