Chicken Shawarma Quinoa Salad


  • 1 package (12 oz) Opaa! ReadyCarved™ Chicken Shawarma slices
  • ½ Cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ Cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 3 Cups fresh arugula
  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon tahini dressing
  • ¼ Tsp sea salt & freshly cracked pepper
  • OPTIONAL sliced Kronos Pita Bread


Serves Four

  1. Warm Opaa! ReadyCarved™ fully cooked chicken slices in a skillet or microwave according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Place ingredients through feta in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Top salad with Opaa! ReadyCarved™ chicken slices, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, toss again.
  4. Taste for seasoning and add more dressing, salt, or pepper if needed. Serve with warm pita bread.
