Chicken Shawarma Platter


6-8 oz. OTC Natural Chicken Shawarma
4 oz. of Mixed Green Salad, Frisee and Mesclun Mix Greens
2oz. Traditional Hummus
Fine diced tomatoes
Fine diced red onions
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 fresh lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked Tri-color couscous
1 piece 6” round toasted pita bread cut into toast points
2 oz. cup Honey Mustard Sauce


For assembly take out a nice wood serving board and layer the hot OTC Chicken Shawarma on the serving platter, in a separate bowl mix and gently toss the salad with the vegetables and lemon olive oil dressing, layer the hot tri-color couscous onto the platter. Toast the pita bread and cut into triangles. Wedge the pita onto the platter, Serve with the Honey Mustard Sauce and enjoy!!
