Chicken Shawarma Pita Sandwich



Serves Four

  1. Warm ReadyCarved™ Chicken Shawarma fully cooked slices in a skillet or microwave according to packaging directions and set aside.
  2. Warm Pita Bread in Microwave for 30 seconds or Skillet for 30 Seconds per side.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of tzatziki sauce on one side of each pita bread. Line the center of each pita with the thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, romaine, and cherry tomatoes. Top with warmed chicken shawarma slices.
  4. Fold each pita in half and serve.
