Beef-Lamb Gyro Salad


4 oz. Chopped Pre-cooked, heated Gyro Slices
¼ oz. sliced red onions
¼ oz. sliced English cucumbers
1 package (10 ounces) hearts of romaine salad mix
1 tomato cut into quarters
1 package (4 ounces) cut block feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, drained
Toasted pita bread wedges
2 oz. of Tzatziki Sauce


Arrange salad mix on a large serving platter; top with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers cheese, olives and hot gyro. Spoon dressing over salad. Serve immediately with toasted pita wedges.
