My Big Fat Greek Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 Package (12 oz) Opaa! ReadyCarved™  Gyros Slices
  • 1/2 Cup Opaa! Tzatziki Sauce
  • 5 Hamburger Buns
  • 2 oz Baby Spinach Leaves (1 cup)
  • 5 Hamburger Patties
  • 1 Medium Sized Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

Preparation

Serves 5

  1. Cook gyro slices according to packaging directions. Set aside.
  2. Grill/cook Hamburger patties according to your personal preference. Set aside.
  3. Toast hamburger bun and spread tzatziki sauce on the inside of the bun heel.
  4. Then layer baby spinach, beef patty, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, onion rings and heated gyros slices on top of hamburger patty.
  5. Finish with top bun.
