Mediterranean Veggie & Hummus Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

 

Partially Baked Pizza Crust

Kronos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

    1.5 cups

2 cups

Tomato, Chopped

  1/2 cup

 3/4 cup

Green Pepper, Chopped

  1/2 cup

3/4 cup

Red Onion, Sliced

  1/2 cup

3/4 cup

Kalamata Olives, Pitted, Sliced

  1/3 cup

1/2 cup

Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

  1.5 cup

2 cups

Dried Basil

1 tsp

1.25 tsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Spread hummus evenly over crust. Top with cheese.
  3. Place pizza in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese melts and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for five minutes.
  4. Spread tomatoes, green peppers, red onion, olives and basil evenly over cooled pizza. Cut into desired serving size.
