Flatbread with Pesto and Grilled Chicken


1/4 Cup Pesto Sauce

1/2 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded

1/2 Cup Grilled Chicken, Diced

1/4 Cup Sun-dried Tomato, Strips

Shredded Parmesan

Chopped Parsley


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread pesto sauce evenly on Flatbread.
  3. Top Flatbread with sun-dried tomatoes, grilled chicken and mozzarella.
  4. Place the Flatbread directly on the oven rack, or perforated pan if available, and bake for 8 -10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with shredded Parmesan and chopped parsley and slice into desired servings.
