4-6 oz. Thawed Falafel Dough
8 XL Shrimp raw cleaned and deveined with tails
2oz. Skhug Four Pepper Cilantro Sauce
Preheat Fry to 350 degrees. Take raw shrimp and falafel dough and pack an even layer around each individual shrimps. You can re-freezer for later service or you may cook immediately. Use roughly ½ oz. of falafel dough per each shrimp. Carefully place falafel coated shrimp into fryer basket and cook the shrimp until your instant read thermometer reads an internal temp of 165 degrees. Carefully remove from the fryer and serve and enjoy!
