The team is currently exploring solutions like thicker packaging and alternative pack-out options. If unresolved, the issue could jeopardize a $6 million limited-time offer (LTO) and strain the relationship with a key customer. Despite the challenges, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership and ownership to protect the partnership.
